Our Mission: To help all individuals in the community achieve the "American Dream" - economic independence, and personal fulfillment.

Our Vision: To establish a level playing field for all members of our community, so all may enjoy a better quality of life.

Our Values: Neighborhood Outreach Connection (NOC) is accountable to its members and the community and serves them with integrity, compassion, and commitment.

Strategic Goals of NOC

  • We provide basic education and vocational training.

  • We provide referral services in the areas of health care, personal finance, affordable housing, legal services and employment.

  • We provide individuals and women's groups with access to finance and technical support for income and employment generation.

  • We support voter registration and public awareness, to help empower lower-income people.

NOC Business Model

Our goals are met using a unique Business Model, through which we provide services directly inside the distressed neighborhoods.
