NOC Launches Pre-School Classes in Hilton Head and Bluffton
NOC launched a pre-school learning program (Fall 2011) at its Hilton Head Island and Greater Bluffton Program Centers in partnership with the Beaufort County School District, local schools, and the Lions Club. There is high demand for early childhood learning in low-income neighborhoods where families have many children under the age of 3 years.

Organizers of a summer virtual learning program hope the skills a group of Bluffton and Hilton Head Island students learned during the past two months will keep them on track during the upcoming academic year -- and into the future.
