Learning Remains Popular in NOC 2012 Winter/Spring Term
On February 1, 2012, NOC will resume its education outreach program at its Program Centers in low-income neighborhoods in HHI and Greater Bluffton. This education program is offered in partnership with the Beaufort County School District (BCSD), including local schools.
NOC-Beaufort County Library Partnership Breaks New Grounds
Efforts by the Beaufort County Library (BCL) to reach out to 
underserved residents spans nearly a decade. Establishment of a formal partnership with NOC represents an important breakthrough toward meeting this goal.

NOC’s 2011 Christmas Parties Highly Successful
NOC’s recent Christmas Parties in HHI and Bluffton attracted nearly 400 people, including 200 children who received gifts from who else but NOC’s very own Santa Claus, Dennis Adams (Dennis Adams is a member and secretary of NOC’s Board of Directors).
