NOC Opens New Program Center

NOC recently opened a new Program Center by renting apartment #29 in the Oaks Apartment complex at mid-island.  Since then a number of NOC programs have been using the new facility.

Shannon Harriman of Hilton Head High School is currently tutoring high school students and providing a good place for them to do homework.  She is available to help them on Thursday afternoons.
