NOC Hires New Field Director

Dana Gilbert is the new Field Director for Neighborhood Outreach Connection. Prior to moving to SC, she lived in Cincinnati, OH and served as the Assistant Director for Women Helping Women as well as the Family Violence Project Director and Women’s Program Coordinator for the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati.
Ms. Gilbert has BFA in Communications, Speech and Theatre from the University of Cincinnati, an MA in Pastoral Counseling from The Athenaeum of Ohio, and a Certificate in Theological Studies with an emphasis in Feminist Liberation Theology from Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, MA.
She has worked as an actor, television commercial producer, marketing manager, counselor, non-profit administrator, and program director. She is particularly interested in social justice and the environment.
