 NOC will take assistance directly to distressed neighborhoods by employing a new business model.

This model engages people and organizations from the neighborhoods to identify needs and to develop solutions. 

Our new approach creates programs in partnership with faith based organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, and private and public agencies.

This model adopts an integrated approach to development, focusing on trust, results, happiness, and quality of life.

Under this model, NOC will:

• Take help directly to neighborhoods that are in distress and vulnerable to economic downturns;

• Involve people from distressed neighborhoods to identify needs and to  develop solutions;

• Create programs in partnership with public agencies, the private sector, and faith-based and other not-for-profit organizations; 

• Adopt an integrated approach to development;

• Focus on results, happiness, and quality of life;

• Place emphasis on sustainability of programs and results in neighborhoods.
