At the meeting you will receive an application form, and be instructed on how to complete it, and have an opportunity to ask questions and speak directly with staff and volunteers. Following the meeting, you will need to complete the application form, provide the required supporting documents, and support the review process by providing additional information where required. If you have any questions about the application form, you may call the office at (843) 757-5864 during business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) to speak with staff or set up an appointment.
