You can be a "Friend of the Neighborhood".  This opportunity is open to all persons living in South Carolina.  Special attention is given to diversity and inclusiveness and to building a broad coalition among communities, businesses, professionals, and individuals of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

There are many ways you can contribute to the work of NOC.  You can:

• become a "Friend of the Neighborhood,"
• volunteer your time and energy, or
• contribute other materials such as books and computers.
