Aerobics (HHI)

The class will help improve the individual's overall physical fitness through a variety of physical activities including aerobic and anaerobic exercises.
Participants will be motivated to practice physical fitness, to engage in some form of exercise consistently, to live a healthier life. Each class will begin with a warm-up, including stretches. There will be 40 minutes of low-level aerobic exercise performed to music followed by 10 minutes of cool-down movements and static stretches.
