Neighborhood Outreach Connection

Together we will build stronger neighborhoods by empowering people.

Welcome to NOC!

Like many other organizations, we care about our community's needs.  From employment to healthcare to substance abuse to entrepreneurship to social services -- NOC is there -- offering assistance and encouragment to struggling families in impoverished neighborhoods in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area.

Unique to NOC is this:  we don't just provide a service – we build loving relationships.
